I did this for a computer graphics contest. I also learned to use several new
programs and experimented with their abilities. I modeled the building in Hexagon and rendered the earlier images in Daz Studio which uses the 3Delight renderer. For the later images I used Bryce for the land, sky, water, trees, and rendering. The grass was made in Plant Studio and distributed with Bryce instancing. The scene has five million polygons.
In addition to the image above I made others for different times of day and made a movie from them.
