The theme is surrealism. It features a strange object in an unexpected place. The whole scene is seen with a fish eye lens effect, there are no stripes on the street, the buildings are full of water, sticky water, and a chunk of the building is floating.

The black object is from a dream I had years ago. The sphere has no refraction so it does not act as a lens.

The binary numerals do not appear behind the sphere or on the strange object. To do that I made two images. One with binary and one without. Then I combined them in Paint Shop using the mask below.
